Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you have the right to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for purpose. These rights are not limited by any time period and apply regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale.

Change of mind returns We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, please contact us as soon as possible at littlecalmnest@gmail.com with photos of receiving your order at littlecalmnest@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping where required.

How to request a return Email us at littlecalmnest@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions including the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
