4. Orders and Fulfillment

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund
  • Processing time is 2-3 business days before shipment

    All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once processed, shipping times typically range between:

    •  7–20 business days for most destinations

    •  Up to 30 business days for remote or less accessible regions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

6. Returns and Refunds
